The villa is split in two, the main villa and the guest house. The main villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen and the living room. Guesthouse, side by side to the main villa, is consisted of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a living room with a kitchen. Three Sofa Beds that can accommodate an extra of 3-4 guests. A/C in the shared area outside of the bedrooms in all floors.

The property offers to the guests’ unique sense of relaxation with a private small pool and Jacuzzi just a step from the beach.

The spot is very quiet with no crowd around make it ideal for a family vacation.

Beach villa Halkidiki in detail: The property offers in total 1000 sq/m garden for exclusive use. In that plot is included a villa that consists of a surface of 70 sq/m in a semi-basement level with direct access to the garden and the pool. It consists of a kitchen, WC, 1 bedroom with sofa bed, 1 double bedroom 160×200 with window, as table and chairs. Maximum guest capacity 4 guests. This level offers separate entrance as direct access to the garden and pool.

Ground-level offers 80 sq/m 1 double room with bunk bed 2 meters – normal size, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, WC, 1 double bedroom as direct access to the garden and pool. The ground level connects with the 1st floor through internal stairs. The maximum guests’ capacity is 4 guests.

1st level consist 70 sq/m with 1 double bedroom, small living area, WC, 2 sofa beds ideal for 2 children, exit to the balcony with a sea view. The guest’s capacity is 4 guests.
The property is very cool during summer especially on the semi-basement level and ground level due to high-level isolation that offers.

Furthermore, in the case of using the A/C units are a brand new offering to the guests a very relaxing time.

Next to the villa, a very friendly owner will provide everything you might need during your stay. The guests will enjoy a botanic garden with flowers as bio vegetables for personal use.
